The Burns Brothers are an extremely well established duo in and around London and Essex.
The duo consists of Gerry Slattery - Lead Vocals and Guitar and Bob Shuffle - Sax, Guitar and Vocals.
Over the last 30 odd years they have played pubs, clubs, theatres and big music venues. They have also appeared on TV many times, including a 7 week series on the BBC called 'The Lane' in the early 90's where they were shown playing live every week and which they also wrote all the music for the series. Also they starred in a TV show in Japan on the NHK network.
Gerry has played guitar for many stars including: Boy George, The Rubettes, Showaddywaddy, Alvin Stardust, Bruce Welch (The Shadows) and Bob has played with, among others, The Rubettes and the Beach Boys.
They have the biggest repertoire of any duo and as a result can play dedicated rock n roll nights, 60's nights, 70's nights, 80's nights or just a 'bit of everything'!
